And so the story book season ends. The Lady Eagles fall tonight in a hard fought Regional Semi-Final match-up against Bryan. In their trade mark 'never give up' fashion the girls fought to the bitter end, but came up 5 points short.

Although this particular game may have resulted in a loss it in no way subtracts from what this group of young ladies has accomplished and the dedication they have shown to achieving their goals. Many of the seniors have played together since 4th grade. All of the girls have put in countless hours each year to improve. They have given up summers, holidays, and weekends for years just to be better at the sport they love. They have lived the game of basketball - literally. The dedication they have shown and the goals they have achieved are truly remarkable and something to be admired by all.

Your fans, teachers, coaches, families, friends, and community are all proud of you and what you have achieved. Well done girls ... truly well done!
